Mission Statement: Less is More
At Caramel7, our goal is to produce the richest, smoothest, best-tasting caramels ever! However, we believe that sometimes less is more and therefore "seven ingredients or less" isn't just a slogan, it's a goal we set to make our candies without any unnecessary, artificial gunk.

Our Story
Chef Michael Kulik's passion for baking began at the young age of 12. He always wanted to make pastries using simple yet unique ingredients. However, as we most know life happens and sometimes our passions and dreams take a back seat. Michael went on to pursue a career in the IT field but never quite letting go of his inner desires to bake, he earned his culinary certificate from the French Pastry School. Today, while still keeping his day job in IT, Michael comes home from work and starts making his fresh batches of caramels. He is proof that it's never too late to follow your dreams.
